No-Show Policy
A no-show is defined as:
Arriving more than 15 minutes late, or
Failing to attend your appointment without prior notice
Policy:
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee
Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings
Health & Safety
Your wellbeing is our priority.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe to proceed
In such cases, the appointment may be classified as a no-show
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling
Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 100% late cancellation fee
Same-day cancellations may be treated as a no-show at management’s discretion
Payments
Full payment is required at the end of your appointment
