No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as:

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late, or

  • Failing to attend your appointment without prior notice

Policy:

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee

  • Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings

Health & Safety

Your wellbeing is our priority.

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment

  • If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe to proceed

    • In such cases, the appointment may be classified as a no-show

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 100% late cancellation fee

  • Same-day cancellations may be treated as a no-show at management’s discretion

Payments

  • Full payment is required at the end of your appointment

  • We accept:

    • Card

    • Cash

    • Gift Vouchers
