A Head Spa is a specialised scalp and hair treatment that focuses on improving scalp health while promoting deep relaxation. Inspired by Japanese and Korean techniques, it combines advanced scalp analysis, deep cleansing, therapeutic massage, and nourishing treatments to restore balance to the scalp and support healthier, stronger hair.
Where do i park?

Please park in the car park near Greggs and Co op at the Shrewsbury Business Park and walk over to The Sanctuary Head spa at the Hay Yard

We combine advanced scalp analysis technology, clean Organethic essential oils and products , and authentic Japanese and Korean Head Spa techniques to create fully personalised scalp and hair treatments focused on long-term scalp health and hair vitality
Do i need to wash my hair before ?

We advise not washing your hair within 48 hours before your appointment. Your natural oils help support the treatment.
Can I have the treatment with hair extensions ?

Unfortunately, we do not recommend having the treatment with hair extensions, as the oils can affect glue, tapes, or beads, and the tools may feel uncomfortable.
However, it’s a great treatment before an extension refit to leave your scalp nourished and refreshed
What products do you use and can I purchase the products?

We proudly use Organethic products, specially designed for scalp health. They are vegan, cruelty-free, and an amazing brand we’re proud to work with And Yes! Our products are available to purchase directly from us and cannot be bought online, helping you maintain a healthy scalp at home.
Can I book if I’m pregnant?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer treatments during pregnancy due to the treatment position (lying on your back). But it makes a perfect post-baby treat
Do you treat children?

Yes, treatments can be customised for children with adult consent. All therapists are DBS checked. What a perfect treat.
Are the duo treatments in the same room?

No, our duo treatments take place in separate treatment areas so each guest can fully relax and enjoy a personalised Head Spa experience. Treatments are delivered at the same time, and afterwards you can wind down together with a drink and light refreshments.
What should i wear?

We would suggest coming in comfortable clothing and no makeup if possible.
